The Barker Langham Group is a UK-headquartered company, established in London in 2005. Their human capital solutions division, Barker Langham Recruitment (BLR) was founded in 2015 by Micah Styles, Darren Barker and Eric Langham.

BLR is an award-winning talent consultancy for the culture, entertainment and events sectors, enabling organisations to plan, staff and operate unique permanent and temporary visitor experiences with the very best people. Our core services are HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Training, and Operations. BLR currently has over 250 permanent employees, and flexes to cover over 10,000 staff during mega-activations. We find brilliant people, create high performing teams, design environments and training to help them thrive, then manage them seamlessly on the ground.

The result? One-of-a-kind experiences delivered by energised, enthusiastic teams. Our recent projects include; Expo Dubai 2020™, Qatar FIFA World Cup™, Australia and New Zealand for the Women’s World Cup™ and Expo Doha 2023™. With offices in London, Dubai, Doha and Riyadh, BLR has new offices in Paris and Osaka scheduled to open this year, in preparation for work to deliver key elements of the visitor experience for the Summer Olympics 2024 and World Expo 2025 respectively.
