Camping with Soul Japan
We have completely evolved, from just a tent maker to a company that provides comprehensive support for businesses, that provides experiences in nature. This year, that evolution resulted in the highest sales seen compared to previous years. And we have pre-launched WIMBLEDON BREWERY in Japan. It will be a great boost for the official launch next year.
Catherine O’Connell LAW
Not every business can hire a full time lawyer. Catherine’s boutique law firm is unique in the Japan market, providing bilingual, commercially-savvy & in-house experienced, flexi-outside general counsel services to SMEs, Corporates on a part-time or project basis. It’s like having a business lawyer in your back pocket for on-demand legal support.
Dream Drive
Dream Drive is a custom camper van rental service launched in Japan with the focus on serving inbound customers. The service has a unique business model where the vans are owned by van partners but built and managed by Dream Drive using their car rental license, this model allowed the company to keep building the fleet and serving more customers.
Information Risk Management Ltd.
The preposition which we’ve been imposed by our history is “HARASSMENT is pure risk” and Chika Ishii is the first scientist who has proven that HARASSMENT is static risk by an analysis. This is why she has started a business on a mitigation of HARASSMENT RISK, which has been developed by her independent study (a new risk hypothesis).
Judging
The decision on a winning BBA 2020 entry is the result of the combined score of 6 separate judges, who independently score assigned submissions using the same scoring matrix.
To ensure transparency, each judge independently returns his or her score sheet to the BCCJ office by 3 November 2020 and the results are tabulated confidentially. The scores from each judge are then totaled for each nominee, and the nomination with the highest accumulative score is declared the category winner.
In the event of two nominees receiving the same final score, all judges will be asked to review their scores for these companies / individuals, and the submission with the highest score from this second round of judging will be declared the winner.
The final results remain confidential until the BBA ceremony – held on the evening of November 5, 2020 online. To book your space at the Awards, please register via the bookings page HERE
Good luck to all BBA 2020 nominees, and stay tuned for updates on other award categories!
