At JPN Dynamix, we drive meaningful cultural change within organisations in Japan and
beyond. As Japan faces critical challenges such as labor shortages, globalisation
pressures, and a widening gender gap, solutions may come from politics, education, technology and other sources. However, our focus is on shaping the future of work.

With 69 million people in Japan’s workforce, even small shifts in workplace dynamics
can create a powerful ripple effect across society.

We collaborate closely with our clients to achieve both measurable and intangible
outcomes through project management, L&D programs, change management,
facilitation, cultural contextualisation, and coaching.

Given that only 30% of corporate change initiatives succeed, we emphasise developing
essential soft skills as the foundation for acquiring the hard skills necessary for
sustainable change. For example, when supporting clients in harmonising global work
processes, we ensure that collaboration, communication, mutual understanding, and

Fun Fact: Meaning Behind the Name

The founder and principal consultant, Nami Sakai, created JPN Dynamix as a reflection
of her energy and passion for connecting with people worldwide. True to her name,
Nami thrives in dyNAMIc settings, constantly mixing and building relationships. She
envisions expanding the “Dynamix” concept globally, with locations like UK Dynamix, as part of her broader vision.
