Robert Walters Japan will be Gold sponsor of the British Business Awards 2024. As a global talent solutions provider headquartered in London, the company has built a strong presence in the Japanese market over the past 20+ years.

This year, Robert Walters Japan revealed their transformation into a talent solutions business, officially expanding their offerings beyond recruitment into talent advisory & outsourcing, with new services including their hiring inclusivity roadmap and staff augmentation services. This expansion will allow them to help more candidates and clients fulfill their unique potential and create a more inclusive society.

Robert Walters Japan has also been central to the Chamber’s DEI programme, with a strong belief in the power of a diverse global workforce that champions the right for people to be their true, authentic selves. In support of a more LGBTQ+ inclusive society, in April they officially sponsored Tokyo Rainbow Pride, one of Asia’s largest LGBTQ+ events. The company also demonstrated its commitment to workplace equality by introducing a social security benefit for employees with same-sex partners.

Jeremy Sampson, CEO of Robert Walters Northeast Asia & Greater China, says:

“Robert Walters Japan is honoured to be a Gold Sponsor at the British Business Awards 2024. This year’s theme “Better Business, Better World” remind us of the impact that innovative and responsible business practices have on Japan at a time when inclusivity and diverse perspectives are becoming increasingly important. As the world’s most trusted talent solutions provider, we hope to work alongside everyone here to create a more inclusive society with a more diverse workforce. We look forward to hearing more about the achievements from this year’s nominees and growing the partnership between the UK & Japan together.”
