Sarah Backley serves as the Executive Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Providing overarching leadership and strategic direction, she guides the Chamber in the delivery of its mission and goals. Her role spans the entirety of the Chamber’s operations: representing the BCCJ as its principal point of contact, overseeing BCCJ events and activities, shaping and executing strategic plans, and ensuring robust financial stewardship.
