YuLife is a tech-driven Group Insurance provider and All in One Employee Benefit on a mission to inspire life. YuLife has grown from the UK to protect millions globally. Through a groundbreaking partnership with Dai-ichi Life, YuLife is bringing its innovative model—focused on wellness, gamification, and rewards—to Japan, empowering businesses to enhance health outcomes and productivity.

After receiving investment of circa $100mil USD from Dai-Ichi Life, YuLife launched in Japan. Since the launch, YuLife has been rolled out to 1000s of employees. The YuLife product has been tailored to the Japanese market and endorsed to enable businesses to achieve the Government agency METI’s Business Health and Productivity Management certification – Kenko Keiei. Employee engagement in the technology is a key reason for YuLife’s success and these levels have been matched (or even bettered!) in Japan with on average 91% of employees actively using the product.
