With this in mind, Baker McKenzie launched “UK Japan Connect” at the UK Houses of Parliament in Westminster, in June 2024. Utilising our strong presence in both the UK and Japan, it is the mission of the UK Japan Connect initiative to find new ways to further connect the Japanese legal and business community with our firm, with government, legislators and trade and industry associations, to the benefit of businesses and the respective UK and Japan economies.
