Carolyn Davidson, the UK’s Commissioner General for Expo 2025, unveiled the UK’s Expo 2025 mascot called PIX on 16 January. The shape-shifting character PIX symbolises the UK’s invitation to the world to #ComeBuildTheFuture. PIX is made up of toy building blocks, representing how every idea, just like every simple building block, has the potential to grow into something great.

PIX will feature throughout the UK Pavilion, charming visitors with a treasure trove of fun facts about both the UK and Japan. Coloured in the striking red, white, and blue of the Union Jack, PIX symbolises the spirit of exploration, innovation and humour the UK is famous for.

Centred on the theme of ‘Come Build the Future’, the UK Pavilion promises to deliver a modern, innovative, and uniquely British experience for visitors from Japan and across the globe.  You can keep up to date with the UK’s plans for Expo 2025 on www.ukatexpo2025.uk.
