The British Embassy in Tokyo Partnership Event – 2 March 2018

The British Embassy Tokyo will be hosting an event on 2 March, 2018 where guests can learn about partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with the Embassy’s campaigns. 

The British Embassy Tokyo and Consulate General Osaka maintain and develop relations between the UK and Japan across a broad range of issues. Our work includes international cooperation in support of our values and working to reduce conflict; building Britain’s prosperity through increased trade and investment in open markets; and supporting British nationals who visit and live in Japan through modern and efficient consular services.

In order to achieve our goals, we hold many events around high level campaigns every year. These range from large celebrations such as our annual Queen’s Birthday Party to delivering detailed programmes and visits for Ministers and government officials, seminars and workshop for UK businesses and academia, and also supporting British companies exhibiting at the largest tradeshows in Japan. They cover a wide range of industrial sectors such as technology, science, life sciences, global sports (Rubgy World Cup/Olympics and Paralympics), creative, automotive, defence & security, financial services including fintech, smart energy, fashion, food & drink etc.

As we approach the new fiscal year from April, we would like to invite you to the Embassy to hear about our plans for 2018/19 and understand the forthcoming sponsorship/partnership opportunities aligned to our campaigns that you might be interested to be a part of.  With regards to sponsorship, we are interested in not only in funding support, but also various services you may be able to offer in kind, such as media support, ad spaces, event venues, food and drink etc.
