After nine successful years of operating a British food takeout and online shop in Kudanminami, Chiyoda-ku, Swan & Lion has opened its first Café & Dining Bar in the heart of Nakameguro. Known for its commitment to quality, Swan & Lion crafts all dishes in-house using seasonal ingredients without any artificial additives.

A Taste of Britain in Tokyo

The weekday daytime menu features a selection of British classics, including savoury pies, pork pies, cottage pie, traditional British curries, and a seasonal soup, all accompanied by fresh, seasonal salads.

As the evening sets in and throughout the weekend, the menu expands to include a variety of small plates like homemade smoked mackerel pâté, Welsh rarebit, vegetarian options, and the quintessential fish & chips. Main courses offer delights such as Swan & Lion’s signature pies, a hearty ploughman’s lunch, sausages with gherkin gravy, and roast crispy skin pork belly with cider mustard sauce. For dessert, don’t miss out on the ever-popular sticky toffee pudding.
