For over 35 years, Nyetimber has pursued a single aim: to create the finest English sparkling wine — one to rival the very best in the world. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer in England to plant the three celebrated grape varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier — exclusively for sparkling wine.

Their vineyards, nestled across the South of England, share many of the qualities found in the world’s most revered sparkling wine regions. The combination of greensand and chalk soils allows vines to flourish, while the mild climate supports the slow ripening of grapes to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

Only estate-grown fruit from their own vineyards is used in the crafting of Nyetimber wines. Each bottle is produced using the traditional method and aged for extended periods to develop depth, complexity and elegance.

Through precise vineyard management, hand-picking, and masterful blending parcel by parcel, Nyetimber continues to set the standard for English sparkling wine — consistently recognised among the finest in the world.

Nyetimber will be on offer throughout the night, but guests are invited to begin the evening with the Classic Cuvee - the signature wine of Nyetimber. A perfect balance of elegance and intensity, the blend includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from across each of Nyetimber's vineyards, blended from multiple vintages.

Tasting notes: Pale gold, gentle and fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas show outstanding development after extended lees ageing in Nyetimber's cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Refined and elegant, with a harmonious combination of intensity, delicacy and length.
