Managing Your BCCJ Profile

Community and Business

We are excited to announce that the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BCCJ) has migrated to a new web platform. This upgrade will provide a more reliable, robust, and streamlined service for both our members and staff. This article will run through the layout and a few FAQs to get you better acquainted with the new site.

If you have any issues with logging in or changing your password, please email info@bccjapan.com and a member of the BCCJ team will be on hand to support.

Add Members & Manage Membership

Once you have logged in, you will arrive on a page that looks like this. This page is your member profile where you can update membership information, connect with other members and event attendees, manage subscriptions, sign up to events and more.

On the left navigation bar, click on the crown icon to navigate to the Membership section and then click 'VIEW MEMBERSHIP DETAILS'. This will lead you to the page as displayed on the right where Primary members can add new registered delegates, remove old ones and also update their company's information as displayed in the directory. Please note, only Primary Members will be able to adjust information here. Primary Members are displayed with a crown next to their name.

If you would like to update information here, please either ask your organisation's primary member, or email the BCCJ at info@bccjapan.com

Sign Up To Events

In the navigation column, select the calendar icon. This will display all upcoming BCCJ events and allow you to book directly from this page. Alternatively, you can register to join BCCJ events via the homepage on bccjapan.com.

By selecting the 'Registered Events' tab, you can see all event details for all BCCJ events you have signed up for. Selecting the event gives you unique features to the new Chamber site including the ability to add the event to your calendar, edit attendee information and even transfer the ticket to a colleague if you cannot join yourself.

Coming later this week, information on subscriptions, committees and using the BCCJ Directory. Thank you for your patience.
