Conference Overview:

Building on the success of last year’s inaugural Global HR Conference in Japan
(23GHR), which brought together over 500 participants from 20 countries, this year’s
theme focuses on “HR Philosophy: Enhancing Organizational Capabilities through
Human Resources.” We aim to explore the dynamic interface between technology and
human capacity within HR practices.
