Louis Pommery
England Brut (Served as part of the Louis Pommery champagne reception)
The Louis Pommery cellar master has combined premium English grapes with the wine making tradition and expertise of the Pommery House to create a distinctive, fresh and elegant wine. Their winemaker, Clément Pierlot, has applied the same traditional method he uses in Champagne – but this time in Hampshire. It’s crisp and concentrated, with notes of waxy lemon, Granny Smith, freshly baked bread and honeycomb. In 2022, this wine won an IWC award and a Decanter award.
Silent Pool Gin/Whisk-e
Gin & Tonic / Gin Sonic
Silent Pool Gin is a premium London Dry Gin made with 24 of the finest local botanicals in the Surrey Hills. A portion of their botanicals, including Bosnian Juniper berries, liquorice root, cassia bark, orris, and bergamot are bruised and macerated in base spirit before being transferred to the still. These give depth and mouthfeel, the rich and heavier flavours. Drinks throughout the night will be poured by Ms Kyoka Ogawa, a former brand ambassador with an in depth knowledge of what makes Silent Pool Gin such a popular gin.
Arran/Whisk-e
Arran Single Malt 10 Year Old (Highball, Rocks, Neat)
Arran Single Malt 10 Year Old has just won the San Francisco World Spirits Competition ‘Best Distillers Single Malt Scotch – Up to 12 Years’. Arran’s single malts are our signatures; they are the unique taste of Arran. The list of ingredients for all our single malt whiskies is the same – it’s mostly malted barley, and the purest water in Scotland. Yet thanks to skill, wood and time each expression has its own unique character and charm. Drinks on the night will be served by Ms Yu Abiko, head bartender of Newjack Yokohama and the winner of Japan national flair competition this year.

Aspall Cyder/Hobgoblin
Aspall Draught Cyder
Created to celebrate 275 years of cyder making by 8th generation brothers Barry and Henry Chevallier Guild. Draught is a crisp, medium dry cyder with a delicate aroma and taste of fresh pressed apples. Crafted at the original Cyder House, Suffolk.
