As one of the top-ranked experts in her field, Suzanne champions the value of developing emotional intelligence in order to promote diversity, equity and inclusion and psychological wellness in the workplace.

Demonstrated in her design and facilitation of groundbreaking programmes, Suzanne has a passion for partnering with organisations to create space for courageous and compassionate conversation.

Having lived and worked in different cultures, with consulting and in-house experience, she combines her background to find practical, innovative ways to help people around the globe show up to work as their best selves.
