Forest System Design is a Tokyo-based IT consultancy for companies working across borders, in both directions: Japanese companies going global, and overseas companies coming to Japan. We stay with a project from the first conversation to day-to-day operation — understanding how teams actually work, designing the system, building it, and rolling it out to other sites and countries. Typical work includes request and approval workflows, AI document reading, dashboards and reporting, and data integration. Alongside the systems, we support market expansion: research, localised materials, and first contacts in the new market.
