Calling all winter sports enthusiasts – get ready for the 2025 edition of our winter networking event! This event is organised led by the Austrian Business Council (ABC) in collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce (BCCJ), Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber (BLCCJ), the Netherland Chamber of Commerce (NCCJ), Switzerland Chamber of Commerce (SCCIJ) and the Sweden Chamber of Commerce (SCCJ) with more to come, this event promises a very diverse crowd! 

Skiers and snowboarders, our destination again in Okushiga Kogen, Nagano promises excitement for everyone. With around 100 participants, this is likely the largest inter-chamber winter weekend retreat in Japan. Half of the attendees are usually Japanese and the other half are international guests.

The event is open to all winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you’re a member or not, bring your family, friends, and business partners – everyone is invited!

Easy access: Shinkansen to Nagano station, then hop on the shuttle bus (1h30min depending on traffic and snow conditions)

Timetable for the event:

• 15 February 2025, Saturday:
  Morning: race, afternoon: free skiing, ski school, or other winter activities
  Evening, from 6 pm to 9 pm: award ceremony and networking party
  With around 100 participants including race participants, their families and friends and business contacts
• 16 February 2025, Sunday: free skiing or book your skiing school classes

Cancellation
Cancellations up to one week before the event will be refunded minus a banking fee of JPY 500. Cancellations within one week of the event date will not be refunded.

Accommodation
we recommend the event hotel, Okushiga Kogen Hotel, but there are a number of other options. As always, please book freely by yourself.

Race tickets
• JPY 2,500 for Ski / Snowboard adult
• JPY 1,250 for under 20 years old

• JPY 7,200 for participants over 12 years old
• JPY 4,200 for school kids until 12 years old
• Free for Preschooler

Lift Ticket
Please arrange by yourself. Tickets can be bought directly at the hotel for the Okushiga Kogen resort.

Please note: The Okushiga Kogen resort is conveniently connected to the Shiga Kogen ski area via lifts.

When purchasing lift tickets, you can choose based on your preferences – either for the Okushiga Kogen area only or for the entire Shiga Kogen area.
