You are invited to join the 2024 BCCJ Cup – Annual Golf Day, to be held at the Gold Tochigi President’s Country Club on Friday, November 22, 2024.
We are pleased to be bringing back a crowd favourite and look forward to welcoming around 60 golfers from the BCCJ and our wider network, for a leisurely day out on the Jack Nicklaus designed course – one of the most scenic around and, at the same time, easy to play!
This year’s tournament will be in a 2-person team Texas Scramble format. If you have a request for your partner, please indicate who they are at your time of booking. Otherwise, you will be assigned a partner on the day.
Please note that the BCCJ Cup is designed to welcome players of all-levels – this includes first-timers, and of course women, young players, and non-BCCJ members to join us for a social day out on the course. All guests will be assigned to a suitable pair.

Ticket fee
The ticket price of JPY 20,000 (tax included) includes:
- Green fee (tee-off times: 0945 – 1030)
- Participation fee
- Golf cart
- Lunch (drinks with lunch not included)
- After party (food & free flow drinks)
How do I get there?

Train
Take a train to Tochigi station. You can then (i) take the club shuttle bus that leaves Tochigi station or (ii) take a taxi.
Please let us know if you are taking the train so we can put you in the later tee-off groups.
Car
76 km drive from central Tokyo; 3km from Tochigi Interchange.
If you are driving and can offer a seat in your car to another player, please inform us of the number of seats available and your point of departure.
Important: we ask that you arrive by 08:45am, or at least 45-minutes prior to your tee-off time.
Can I stay the night before?
For those interested in staying in the area the night before the tournament there are a couple of business hotels near the course:

This event has been a sell-out in previous years so early booking is advised. You won’t want to miss this!
Cancellation policy: For reservations made after Friday, November 15 at 17.00, there will be no refunds on cancellations. Please note, no-shows will be charged in full, and we are unable to accept cash payments at the door.
