“Human Resources Connecting, Japan to the World” HRAI (Human Resource Accreditation Institute) is an organisation that advocates on behalf of and fosters a global community of HR professionals. The institute also excels in helping those in HR and connected fields find key strategic business partners. HRAI holds a key partnership with SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management), which currently stands as the largest HR association in the world with over 320,000 members.  SHRM has created the standard for HR educational programmes and credentials in Japan, doing so in both English and Japanese.

HRAI will host its Global HR Conference in Japan between November 8-10, 2023. This will be the first fully-fledged global HR conference hosted in locations in the heart of Tokyo, alongside SHRM. If you are interested in taking part in the 1st Global HR Conference in Japan to learn the latest global trends in Human Capital Management and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and connecting with global HR professionals, please come and join.
