The BCCJ is delighted to welcome Malvern College Tokyo to the Chamber community
Malvern College is a leading co-educational independent (private) day and boarding school for boys and girls aged 13-18 located in Malvern, Worcestershire. Malvern College Tokyo, the 10th member of the Malvern College Family of Schools, is set to open in September 2023 in Kodaira, Tokyo. Malvern College will work in partnership with the Babylon Education Group who already manage three other schools within the Malvern College Family; Malvern College Chengdu, Malvern College Hong Kong and Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong.
Malvern College Tokyo intends offer the globally recognised curriculum, the International Baccalaureate, to pupils aged 3-18 years old. The school initially offers classes from Prep 1 to Foundation Year 3 (Years 1 to 9) from the 2023-24 academic year. Classes will extend each year to ultimately offer a full curriculum for up to 950 pupils from Prep 1 to Upper Sixth (Years 1 to 13).
Malvern College Tokyo is open to all pupils within specified age guidelines and who meet our required admissions standards. A special admissions policy for multinational companies with expatriate families is in place and offers up to 20% tuition fee remission for three years, depending on the level of contribution to the school made by the individual company.

The Malvern College Family of Schools
In September 2012 Malvern College established its first overseas campus, Malvern College Qingdao, followed by Malvern College Chengdu in September 2015. Both schools have since established a significant reputation and graduates have been accepted into leading universities, like University of Cambridge, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of California Los Angeles and Imperial College London.
Malvern College Egypt was opened in August 2016 in Cairo, followed by Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong (Coronation Circle) in August 2017 and Malvern College Hong Kong in August 2018. Malvern College Chengdu, Xinjin Campus and Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong (Island West) both opened in 2019. Malvern College Switzerland, the seventh international campus, opened in September 2021.
