First, it is an honour for IMS to be inducted into the BCCJ. For the past two years and counting, our world has been dramatically shaped by the effects of COVID-19. The international exchange of people, commerce, and ideas between countries came to nearly a halt in 2020, and it has been a difficult two years, indeed.

Despite the severe restrictions on immigration and Japan’s isolation during the pandemic, we have received many requests from our clients both domestic and abroad. And now, with the easing of immigration restrictions, we expect the flow of people into the country will only resume with vigor. We remain confident that the demand for visa application support for foreigners will only increase with the renewal of economic activities and growth.
