**We are delighted to welcome Tokyo American Club as the newest Corporate member of the BCCJ!**
New BCCJ corporate member Tokyo American Club has more than 3,700 members from more than 50 countries. Members can access a range of both recreation and business facilities, including a library, spa and rooftop pool.
A message from Tokyo American Club:
Since its foundation in 1928 Tokyo American Club has been an integral part of the international community in Tokyo. Located in the heart of the city in a state-of-art facility designed by acclaimed American architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, the Club is a second home to more than 3,700 members from 50-plus nations, including almost 250 British families.
Members enjoy access to world-class recreation facilities, including a rooftop pool, bowling alley, golf simulators, full-size gymnasium, library, childcare center and spa, as well as a host of fitness, cultural and educational programs that range from flower arranging and martial arts classes to regular wine dinners and golf events.
“From a great gym, a large pool, good library and fun entertainment options, I greatly enjoy the variety of facilities available,” says Club and BCCJ member Fergus Stewart. “I also enjoy that my kids are taken care of in an enjoyable and creative environment, but that there are also quieter areas for adults only.”
Besides being home to seven overnight Guest Studios, a bar, a seasonal café and finely tuned business facilities, the eight-story facility also features five restaurants, including a newly launched American-style steakhouse, which is open to non-members, and an intimate, contemporary teppanyaki dining spot.
“TAC is also an excellent place to meet clients and potential business partners in an environment that is comfortable and conducive to discussing business,” Stewart says. “For me, however, the greatest benefit is the opportunity to meet members in different businesses to my own, which can often result in a mutually beneficial relationship.”
While a majority of the Club’s facilities are for members only, non-members can take advantage of the Club’s event and meeting facilities. Whatever the budget, function, size, season or inspiration, the Club’s experienced bilingual event-planning team can tailor the event to the specific needs of the client to ensure seamless, satisfying Club experiences.
“For business events, parties and weddings, the Club offers some of the best facilities in Tokyo, coupled with multilingual support and top-class menus,” says Club President John Durkin. “Price wise, we also pride ourselves on being great value for money in everything we do.”
Contact the Membership Office at 03-4588-0687 or email@example.com to arrange a tour of the facility and find out about a trial pass.
