We are delighted to welcome Interac Global Solutions (IGS) as the newest Corporate member of the BCCJ!
IGS is a global recruitment and training consultancy, housing an exceptionally experienced HR team with a proven track record in connecting great people with great organisations.
A large percentage of IGS’s current placements in Japan are in the field of education: in 2012 the firm delivered over one thousand professionals into public sector posts across the country. IGS is now looking to build an alliance of trusted partners to achieve mutual growth in other industries, and is committed to placing talented entry- to mid-level candidates in Japanese as well as global organisations.
Darrin McNeal, IGS Director, explains, “Year-on-year, we are seeing a growing demand for global professionals in Japan across a variety of businesses. To respond to this need, we are leveraging our database of 30,000+ skilled applicants and candidates in order to successfully deliver what companies require. We are now accepting requests from organisations looking to strengthen and globalise their workforce in Japan and currently, in the Kanto area, we can offer candidates a wide selection of opportunities in the education industry as well as in entry level corporate positions”.
Founded in 1972, IGS’s parent company, Interac, has a network of 15 branches across Japan serving over 7000 schools, companies and organisation. Interac is often said to be the country’s largest “importer” of global personnel – mainly English teachers – sponsoring more visas for foreigners than any other organisation in Japan. Interac also has an extensive overseas network serving more than 4000 clients, including top-tier firms in electronics, medicine, academia, manufacturing, chemicals, retailing, pharmaceuticals and recruitment.
McNeal says, “We look forward to finding ways to support you and your organisation”.
