**We are delighted to welcome Impact Japan as the newest Entrepreneur member of the BCCJ!**

Impact Japan is part of Impact International, one of the first ever experiential learning organisations started in the UK in 1980. Since then they have grown to be a globally recognised brand that specializes in leadership development, innovation and change with offices in 17 countries around the world. Last year they delivered bespoke leadership development in 50 countries utilising facilitation in over 30 languages.

“Our Tokyo office was opened in 1989 and since then we have built up an enviable client list working with local and international organisations across all sectors in Japan. Our most recent focus has been on top down organisational culture change through empowerment and inspirational leadership. This year we launched a development program for female leaders and senior male mentors to address the gender diversity issue across Asia.
