We are delighted to welcome BeBespoke Co. Ltd as the newest Entrepreneur member of the BCCJ!

As well as producing boutique corporate events in Tokyo and Kyoto, BeBespoke delivers corporate travel experiences across the country. The company is also home to a private travel department that caters to high net worth individuals and VIPs visiting Japan.

BeBespoke is British-owned but firmly rooted in Japan. Company owner and former journalist Charles Spreckley has been resident in Tokyo for 15 years: “We are unique among events companies because we use our experience of taking care of the most demanding luxury tourists and VIPs to create corporate experiences that are personal, unique and seamlessly executed”.

Since its establishment in 2006 (then known as Bespoke Tokyo), the company has accumulated a network of contacts in Tokyo, Kyoto and elsewhere, allowing it to create corporate events and travel experiences that are not generally available to the public: dinners inside museums, meetings with living national treasures, parties at temples and private villas. 

Examples of recent corporate projects include: a challenging journey for ‘rising star’ employees to Tohoku, Kyoto and Hiroshima; taking staff outside their comfort zones – a 4-day board of directors meeting for a multinational financial company, with accompanying culture program for families; a research trip to explore hospitality ideas for a new hotel chain; and planning a launch party for a new product in Tokyo.
