We are delighted to welcome SThree as the newest Entrepreneur member of the BCCJ!

SThree is a global specialist recruitment firm with headquarters in London and 60 offices worldwide. The firm is listed on the London Stock Exchange and comprises several highly successful brands that work across a variety of industries such as pharmaceuticals, technology, banking, and energy and resources.

In Japan, SThree K.K. operates two specialist brands: Computer Futures and Real. Computer Futures focuses on recruitment for the technology and IT sectors, supporting both technical and sales professionals. Real specializes in servicing clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and biotech sectors.

New to the Japan market, SThree brings a significant global network and has assembled a strong local management team. The Managing Director and the heads of both brands have multiple years of hands-on recruitment experience in Japan and in-depth knowledge of the local market.
