Please note that this event is co-hosted by the ACCJ and BCCJ.

Are organisations aware of the opportunities they might be missing by not fully leveraging female leaders? A study of more than 1,000 leaders suggests they may not be. On a more promising note, the data reveals distinct advantages that female leaders can bring to an organisation when given proper support.

In this interactive session, Dr. Stewart Desson, founder and CEO of BCCJ Member Lumina Learning, will present compelling research and statistics that shed light on gaps between the actual and perceived impact of women leaders.

Dr. Desson will offer a fresh perspective on developing exceptional leaders at all levels. He will also emphasise the importance of challenging prevalent misconceptions that lead to biases, cause management to overlook essential talent, and hinder business performance.
